Adsy Joins Carbon 6 Brewing – Yes, That Adsy

In news that’s likely to cause a small ripple in a schooner glass, Carbon 6 Brewing is thrilled to welcome none other than Adam “Adsy” Schell as our new Beer oops, I mean Business Development Manager, starting 15 July 2025.

Yes, that Adsy. With more than 25 years’ experience in hospitality, co-hosting beer podcasts, judged hot comps, and probably chatted to more brewers than you've had IPAs. From Helios and Parched to Hiker, and more recently making waves with Aussie Beer Voyage, Adsy’s been a loud (and very friendly) voice for the independent beer scene.

At Carbon 6, he’ll be getting his hands dirty (not literally, we still need him to wear shirts to meetings) helping drive our next phase of growth. From knocking on doors to shaking hands at festivals, collaborating with legends and sharing a few pints along the way, Adsy will be all about spreading the good word of Carbon 6 across Queensland and beyond.
