Carbon Haze - Hazy Pale Ale
Carbon Haze is a soft, juicy pale ale brewed for easygoing moments and flavourful sessions. A smooth combination of Cashmere, Strata, and Mosaic hops brings out mellow notes of tropical fruit, mango, and citrus.
In the fermenter, we add Mosaic Spectrum—a liquid hop extract that allows us to enhance aroma and flavour without overloading the beer. It’s part of our ongoing effort to explore new techniques and ingredients that improve balance, drinkability, and consistency.
The result? A gentle haze, a bright aroma, and a beer that’s easy to come back to.
