Carbon 6 takes its name from the sixth carbon atom in glucose — the starting point of fermentation. It's a nod to the science behind what we do. But we're not here to give you a chemistry lesson. We're here to make beer that tastes good, drinks clean, and keeps you coming back.
Every batch is brewed from scratch in our Stapylton brewery, between Brisbane and the Gold Coast. No shortcuts. No mass-produced compromise. Just indie craft beer that earns its reputation one can at a time.

How fresh will the beer be when it arrives?
Very. Every beer is brewed in-house, canned fresh, cold-stored immediately, and shipped fast. We never use warm warehouses or middlemen. The cold chain is maintained from tank to your door — because fresh beer is better beer. Full stop.
What if I don't like one of the beers?
We stand by our beer completely. If you crack a can and it's not for you, get in touch and we'll swap it. No questions, no drama. That's our love-it-or-swap-it guarantee and we mean it every single time.
